Arsene Wengers right hand man Boro Primorac (First Team Coach) has confirmed Arsenals interest in young Bosnian talent Edin Dzeko.
The 21-year-old only joined Wolfsburg’s in the summer from FK Teplice but has scored five goals in 12 Bundesliga games.
with Robin van Persie struggling with his fitness, Arsene Wenger may be looking to strengthen his sides attacking options. And it is understood that Wenger will be looking to sign a striker in the summer.
Primorac told Bosnian Daily SAN. “He is the kind of forward that could succeed in The Premiership, And Yes “We do follow Edin Dzeko,”
It is unlikely that Arsenal will be making a bid for Dzeko in this transfer window as Boro Primorac went on to say “Dzeko could well be a target come June”
“It is still not certain whether we’ll sign him, but his performance gets better every day and if you want to sign him you would need to pay good money.”
Dzeko is believed to valued at around the £6m mark.

Young French striker Yoan Gouffan has also been linked with a move to the club.
So with 2 young strikers linked to the club plus the arrival of Carlos Vela, Who is going to be shown the door? My Money is on Nicklas Bendtner with Theo Walcott going out on Loan.
But who knows? Watch this space

5 goals in 12 games at Wolfsburg is pretty good. I’ve never seen him play but I’m gonna be looking to see a little VFL now.

Well real good strikers to play along Ade will be great, hopefully by the time RVP returns our strikeforce will be further strengthen. Please Theo out on loan only better still have patience on his maturing, look what happen to Flamini this season, more patience less expectation.

Edin Dzeko would be an excellent summer pick-up for the Gunners.
He is a scary fellow to play against, nearly 6′4 (1.92 m) and very athletic… you can see in that clip above, the defender has no chance of getting the ball back.
But most importantly, he does not lose himself when he gets the ball, he stays calm and knows exactly what to do with it. Again, you can see that in the clip, that chip was pure class.
Rumors also say Arsenal wants to pick up another Bosnian international, FC Metz’s 18 year old phenomenon Miralem Pjanic. If that turns out, the two of them might form a good partnership, Dzeko at striker and Pjanic at attacking midfield.

5 goals in 12 games? Hmm, I wonder which is better, Cesc Fabregas or Edin Dzeko.
