The building of a new stadium are all part of the long term plan to resist the lure of foreign investment. As for Dubai buying into the club I cant see it working. The Arsenal would just become an investment, part of DIC empire forced to play games in Dubai to promote the state of Dubai. The rush for investment can't last forever and the board have a plan so The Arsenal don't get burned in a financial melt down. That well could be just around the corner.
